Is your busy schedule preventing you from taking your best friend out for a dog walk?  As your experienced dog walker, I will get your doggie outdoors for some fresh air, exercise and potty time while you focus on work, family or me time.

Dog Sitting

Daily care for your beloved pups while you're at work or away. All visits include freeze dried treats, daily video updates, exercise and lots of love. Visits range from up to 30 minutes to 1 hour. Each dog client is taken on a case by case basis. I do not service aggressive dogs or those with behaviour issues towards people. Just need the basics? A Doggie Dash may be the answer! Please see rates below. Prices are subject to change.

$20.00 for up to 30 min or $30 for up to 1 hour

5.1 to 10 miles from my business

$25 for up to 30 minutes or $35 for up to 1 hour

10.1 to 15 miles from my business

$35 for up to 30 minutes or $45 for up to 1 hour

Doggie Dash - Food, Water, Potty Pick Up ONLY - No Walking or Playtime

Don't need a dog sitter, just need a dog walker? Let me take your fur baby outside for some much needed nature time.

Adventure Walk

My Story

I come from many years working in the medical field.  I traveled all over working in hospitals and would leave my animals alone for weeks at a time.  It was scary, stressful and frustrating leaving my fur babies with strangers.  I experienced outsourcing where the person I met at the meet and greet was not who showed up to take care of my babies.  I had unreliable and unpredictable pet sitters.  I hired pet sitters who claimed to be experienced but were not.   It was hard to find an animal caregiver who really cared about my pets and treated them like family.  I wanted someone I could trust. 


Once I retired from the medical field I made a decision to start my own animal care business.  I started with Amy's Happy Cats and now that I have my beautiful doggie I have Amy's Happy Dogs.  I don't want you to feel the worry, stress and frustration I felt when I had to leave my fur babies for work, vacation or other life issues that took me away from home.  My goal is to develop a strong bond with you and your canine companion.
